Key Elements of the Recommended Design The study recommends: direction, with turning lanes at intersections, east of the proposed Halton-Peel Freeway direction, with turning lanes at intersections, west of the proposed Halton-Peel Freeway sidewalk, multi-use path, street lighting and transit facilities trees and shrubs, where appropriate Environmental Study Report (ESR) An ESR has been prepared to document the planning and decision making process.
