To qualify, the property owner or spouse of the owner must: FOR SENIORS: 1. Be 65 years of age or older by April 30, 2013; and 2. Be in receipt of the monthly guaranteed income supplement as provided under the Old Age Security Act (Canada); and 3. Be continuously assessed as the owner and reside on residential real property within the Town of Caledon for a period of not less than five years immediately preceding April 30, 2013. FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES: 1. Be in receipt of benefits under the Ontario Disability Support Program Act (ODSPA): and 2. Be continuously assessed as the owner and reside on residential real property within the Town of Caledon for a period of not less than five years immediately preceding April 30, 2013.
