(A) Denturist WE BUILD BEAUTIFUL SMILES! Consultations are always free!! WHO ARE DENTURISTS??? Denturists have been serving the public directly in Ontario since 1974, when legislation was enacted to govern and license our services! A Denturist's practice is devoted solely to the fabrication, relining and repairing of dentures. You can go directly to a Denturist for treatment without a referral from another health care practitioner. They do not work for dentists. Dentists send their work out to commercial labs, not to Denturists. Denturists provide the most cost and time effective service. Unlike other health care practitioners who provide dentures, Denturist's laboratory work is done in-house on the premises and all done by the Denturists who sees the patient chair side. The result is a custom cosmetic denture that is made to suit only you. Specially made to fit your exact face contour and colouring. A very natural looking denture. No middle-man, no sending work out. All work is done right here in our state- of-the-art dental lab. Because dentures are all we do, we do it right! Denturists are uniquely qualified to provide quality, custom dentures. They are highly skilled in the clinical and laboratory aspects of making dentures. They perform both jobs and have first hand experience working directly with the patient! Remember, you do not need a referral from your dentist. Simply call our office direct for an appointment. We do not charge for consultations. Let us make a lasting impression!! Fawcett nets winner as Colts win game seven Former Georgetown Raider forward Tyson Fawcett scored the game-winning goal Monday night for the Barrie Colts in game seven of their Ontario Hockey League East Conference championship se- ries against the Belleville Bulls. The 19-year-old from Barrie broke up a 1-1 tie with a defl ection of a shot from the point during the second period and the Colts went on to a 3-1 road win, ending the junior career of local resident Ste- phen Silas, who spent fi ve seasons with the Bulls and has suited up for more regular-season and play- off games (368) than any other player in the franchise's history. Fawcett, a 5-foot-7, 155-pound speedster, was expected by some in the Raiders' organization to return to Georgetown this past season, but he cracked the Colts' roster in training camp and has been a valued performer for head coach Dale Hawerchuk. He had nine goals and 17 assists in 62 games with Barrie this year and scored four game-winning goals during the Raiders' 2012 playoff run to the Ontario Junior Hockey League semifi nals. Silas, meanwhile, has said he will pursue a professional career. The 20-year-old had four goals and two assists and was +11 in 17 playoff games this spring. The Colts now advance to the OHL Championship series against the top-ranked London Knights. Team of the week Grade 12 Georgetown District High School students Brittany Lang- staff and Wayne Fang are competing in the provincial champion- ships for senior mixed doubles this week in Chatham after sweeping through the regional qualifi ers last month. The Rebel duo claimed top spot at the Halton fi nals in Milton, then defeated teams from Milton District, Iroquois Ridge and Corpus Christi to win the Gold- en Horseshoe Athletic Conference tourney in Burlington to earn a berth in the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations meet, which runs from Wednesday to Saturday of this week. Fang also qualifi ed for OFSAA last year in boys' doubles with partner Pete Phuanpa, who now plays for the McMaster University Marauders. Submitted photo
