Austin Operations Centre 11620 Trafalgar Rd Georgetown Acton Public Works Yard 1 Commerce Cres Acton Milton Mohawk Racetrack 9430 Guelph Line Campbellville Due to the volume of debris to be collected following the December ice storm, Halton Region is extending its enhanced bulk brush collection services through to the endof February to assist residents with cleanup. • Residents in areas of Halton where yard waste is regularly collected can set out one pile of unbundled bulk brush on their regular garbage collection day. • Residents and contractors can also drop off brush debris at the HaltonWaste Management Site in Milton free of charge. Extremeweather conditionsmay impact storm cleanup.We ask for your patience as cleanupwill take several weeks. To assist with the cleanup, residents are asked to pile branches with amaximumof 7.5 centimetres (3 inches) in diameter and 2metres (6.5 feet) in length on their regular garbage day. Residents are also encouraged to investigate other services being offered in their municipality to assist with storm cleanup, and brush and debris removal. In addition to the enhanced brush collection, the three-bag garbage limit has also been lifted andwill continue until January 31. Households can place up to six garbage bags without a tag for collection on their regularly scheduled day.
