There will be presentations and demonstrations to help people select materials and understand their correct use for home improvements, ac- cording to Coordinator Ran- dy Baryla of The Renovation Company. A member of the Halton Hills Chamber of Com- merce, the firm specializes in remodeling or renovations for homes and condos. "Demonstrations and guest speakers will focus on several areas of interest to homeown- ers, whether they are renovat- ing a bathroom, basement or kitchen or looking at whole home mechanical operations," he said. "Topics include the selec- tion and use of generators, choosing flooring materials for different areas of the home and a primer on shopping for air conditioners and heat re- covery ventilation systems (HRVs). This annual food drive has been going on since the Foodshare opened in 1990.
