Covenant is signed in Halton Hills Town of Halton Hills Mayor Rick Bonnette puts his signature on the new Community Covenant during a ceremony at the Gellert Recreation Centre last Friday. Second World War veterans Phyllis Bunn and Shel Lawr also signed the covenant as witnesses to the occasion.
