If you want to change it up a bit, you can also pop a few shrimp into the food processor with the salmon- use thawed, raw, peeled and deveined shrimp. See how you like the salmon and shrimp burger combo! It's market season now and most of you are fans of the Downtown George- town Farmers' Market.
