Rexall is partnering with Amref Health Africa to launch 'Shot For Shot,' a campaign committed to providing life-saving vaccinations to children that need it most. Budget committee (all members of council) approved the budget Monday evening with the deletion of only one item from the 72 recom- mended by Town staff. The decision still needs to be ratified by Council. Removed from the capital budget and de- ferred to next year was the replacement of the marquis sign at Mold-Masters SportsPlex at a cost of $60,000. With that item taken out, the approved 2015 budget totals $10,533,100, down from $10,593,100. The five most costly projects included are: • $2.2 million for pavement management projects-- for resurfacing Stockman, Irwin and Dawson Crescents, Sherman Crt., Aire- dale, Allen Rd., Wildwood Rd., Lucinda Place and Hale Dr. • $1.2 million for reconstructing Wildwood Rd. from Oakridge Rd. to Ontario St. including the installation of new sidewalks. • $798,000 to replace Infrastructure Services equipment including a tandem truck, loader and mechanical sweeper • $572,000 for reconstruction of Mill St. W. in Acton • $350,000 to resurface Five Sideroad from
