Thank you for your continued support in helping to fight hunger in our community. COMMUNITY Prowl with the owls Mountsberg Conservation Area is gearing up for its popular Owl Prowl programs. There are four Owl Prowl nights sched- uled: Friday, Jan. 16 and 23 (from 7 to 9 p.m.) are advanced Prowls for Adults, while Satur- day, Jan. 17 and 24 (from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.) are all-ages Family Nights. Both evenings feature visits with the Mountsberg Raptor Centre's resident birds of prey to give guests a memorable 'nose to beak' experience. The Family Nights also in- clude a puppet show and a special campfire story time, while the advanced Prowl gives nature-minded adults a chance to learn the fine details of owl behaviour, anatomy, and natural history.
