The 5-foot-9, 210-pounder from Tecumseh, Ont., whose father Bob is the associate coach for the On- tario Hockey League's Windsor Spitfires, notched his 12th goal of the year Monday night in Georgetown's 3-2 victoryover the host Mississauga Chargers. It was Jones's sixth game-winning marker of the season, matching the total of teammate and league-leading point getter Steve Hladin, who has 36 goals so far. Hladin was held pointless Monday by the Char- gers, who led 2-1 at the mid-point of the contest be- fore Richard Court and Jones put the visitors ahead for good by the second intermission. Brendan Jacome notched his 16th of the season for 29-5-3-5 Georgetown, which leads the second-place Toronto Jr. Canadiens in the OJHL's South/West Con- ference standings with a dozen regular-season games remaining. Marc Williams made 28 saves while the Raiders had 40 shots on the Mississauga goal. The Hamilton Red Wings visited the Alcott Arena to face the Raiders Wednesday, with Georgetown also hosting Mississauga Saturday at 7:30 p.m. The Canadian Junior Hockey League's Prospects Game took place Tuesday in Oakville and although no Raiders were selected to play, their athletic train- McNiven Top Prospect Georgetown's Michael McNiven has been added to the roster of Team Cherry for this Thursday's BMO CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game at the Meridian Centre in St. Catharines. The 17-year-old rookie net- minder for the Ontario Hockey League's Owen Sound Attack is a late addition to the contest as a re- placement for goalie Callum Booth of the Quebec Remparts. McNiven, who spent last season with the Georgetown Jr. A Raiders, has a 10-3-0 record with the Attack this season with two shutouts, a 1.75 goals-against average and a .944 save percentage. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound Mc- Niven will get an opportunity to showcase his skills in front of all 30 National Hockey League clubs in the annual showcase of the CHL's top eligible players for the 2015 NHL Draft. The game will be broadcast on
