Open House from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., St. Alban's Hall, Glen William, ON. *Best Wishes Only* IN LOVING MEMORY OF OUR REMARKABLE MOTHER DORIS MAE CROSSMAN AUGUST 20th,1926 - APRIL 19th, 2015 Doris Mae Crossman a long time resident of Georgetown Ontario, died, with family around, peacefully in her own home on Sunday April 19th, 2015. Dor is was born to the late B lanche and Les l ie M acDonald on August 20th, 1926, and grew up on Prince Edward Island. She had fierce love for her 7 siblings, and road tripped "down home" on many summer vacations to spend time with them. She moved to Toronto in 1950, and married the late James MacDougal Crossman. They raised a beautiful family of 6 children, and they were the focus of Doris head, heart, and hands, for most of her l iv ing years. She was a remark able woman of strength, who endured many hardships in her life, such as the passing of her late son Gary Leslie Crossman at the age of 18 years. However Doris was not a woman to sit back and wallow, she was full of perseverance and was determined to make it through l i fe on her terms. She was a very hard working woman who took solace in a job well done; but also had a sense of humour that could take the" stink off of anybody." She loved to follow the weather, and you could always get the most recent forecast with just a quick call to Doris. She was a simple living lady, with a practical mind and an over f lowing hear t of love and k indness. Her selfless ways and her kind and caring nature were just a few things that made so many people love and respect her. She touched many people's l ives and was a hero to her children. She will be greatly missed. BROWN, Robert Alfred (Bob) February 28, 1932 - April 23, 2008 Remembering our wonderful husband, Dad and Grandpa. There is a face we shall always remember, a voice we shall always recall. A memory to cherish forever of one so dear to us all. Gone are the days we used to share, but in our hearts he is always there. Never more than a thought away, loved and remembered every day. Within our store of memories, he holds a place apart; for no one else can ever be more cherished in our hearts. It is isn't what we write, it isn't what we say, it is how we feel deep inside as we think of him each day. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. Missed and loved beyond all telling; by wife Sylvia, children Susan and Stephen, Wayne and Donna, Christine and Les; grandchildren Christopher, Brent, Anna, Emily, Cassandra, Thomas, Robert, Caroline, Joseph, Peter. ~ In Loving Memory ~ of my dear husband Lew Ward, April 20, 2010 and dear son David Ward, April 25, 1993 Love, Sheila Ward SUNNUCKS, Jim The family of the late Jim Sunnucks, wants to express their gratitude for the love and suppor t of family and f r i e n d s d u r i n g t h e d i f f i c u l t t i m e o f h i s p a s s i n g .
