He actively embraces his faith and lives his life in light of Gospel values. Amanda Marshall Stewarttown Amanda is a natural leader in the school. She is involved in many sports including volleyball and basketball where she men- tors and encourages her teammates. The Grade 8 student also helps coach the Grade 6 volleyball team. Cameron Zanolla - St. Brigid Cameron has been selected as the St. Brigid recipient due to his exemplary Catholic leadership qualities and overall involvement in school affairs. His positive relationship with staff and students, along with her discernible commitment to family and church, are acknowledged and valued by all members of the Catholic faith community of our school. Emma Da Cruz - St. Joseph Emma exudes positivity and brings her many gifts and talents to a variety of leadership roles within our school, such as her role as Deputy Prime Minister and her commitments to numerous Student Parliament committees. Monica Oram - St. Francis of Assisi Monica is an excellent student who is devoted to her faith. She participates fully in all school and parish activities which she reg- ularly takes a leadership role and is a role model for others as she demonstrates our faith on a daily basis through her words and actions. Griffin Taylor Silver Creek Griffin is involved in many areas around the school including Minister for IT, band and Glee, senior boys' basketball, Think Bowl Team. The Grade 8 student shows leadership with the IT committee as he teaches and then stands aside and lets the others take the lead. He's always patient and considerate, trustworthy and responsible, al- ways ready to help out. Madeleine Essery Robert Little Madeleine, a Grade 5 student, is a wonderful, wellrounded stu- dent who is involved in many activities in and outside of school. She exemplifies a Robert Little Student of Excellence in her daily interactions with her peers and staff around the school. Her pleas- ant, caring personality and ability to help anyone is well known throughout the school. She is involved in Dance Club, choir, Cre- ating a Scene, Intramurals, Kindie Helpers and was one of the leads in the spring Musical, Tweet.
