The seventh-annual event, which is open to the local commu- nity to attend, features a number of fun activities such as bouncy castles, face painting, and several other interactive games to partici- pate in. As an added bonus this year, CtK's Eco Team has arranged for the renowned President's Choice SuperDogs to bring their spectac- ular show to Jaguars' Field begin- ning at 5:30 p.m. The show is a fundraiser and awareness showcase for the Up- per Credit Humane Society in Erin to help fulfill the Eco Team's man- date to address one of its core is- sues, which is to help the plight of animals locally, along with energy usage and recycling. A number of prospective adop- tive dogs from the Upper Credit Humane Society will be on hand for viewing at the SuperDogs' show. It's the first time that the SuperDogs have participated in a student-led fundraiser in Halton. Pets normally wouldn't be per- mitted on the playing field at CtK but an exception has been made for this occasion. Admission fee for Summer Blast and the SuperDogs is just 50 cents each or 25 tickets for $10. COMMUNITY SuperDogs coming for CtK Summer Blast
