Right: Angie Lamoureux was recog- nized by Town of Halton Hills Mayor Rick Bonnette for her 30 years of service as the crossing guard at the intersection of Main St./Wildwood Dr. and Confederation St. in Glen Williams. Bonnette noted that this past winter was particularly harsh for the guards, who endured 36 consecutive days from early February to March in which the daily high temperature never rose above negative double digits in Celsius.
