While this goes on there are some things we need to be aware of when we come to the Centre. Please utilize the whole parking lot around the building during construction. The bin for the renovation is located on the southwest corner, the debris from the construction will be removed via this side entrance. The construction workers when possible will be parking in the back of the Swiss Chalet park- ing to help with the limited parking during this time. Please pay attention to the warning signs inside the Centre during construction-- these are for your safety. Please expect noise and dust during this time as we continue to provide activities throughout our renova- tions. All Fall Active Living Programs will run out of Mold-Masters SportsPlex for the fall sessions but registration will still be through Sherry at the Centre. The centre will be open throughout reno- vations, all convenors are planning to keep drop-in programs running as usual, although not necessarily in the same rooms as before. The operative words throughout all this will be, as I said before, "Patience" and "Cooperation" as we try to keep your Cen- tre operating as close to normal as possible through the next couple of months. The new Hillsview newsletter will be avail- able the last week of August and will be a must-read to keep you caught up with "Life at Your Centre". Yes! We are going to have an Open House to take place the week of Sept. 7. Watch for information about what is planned for Open House Week. I am certain you will find some- thing you want to try. There is still room to join us for our Okto- berfest trip to the Concordia Club in Kitch- ener. Drop in to sign up.
