The Georgetown Craft Beer Festival is fast ap- proaching. As Sept. 19 gets closer, the Head for the Hills team gathers more craft breweries and cider- ies for their appetizing event at the Trafalgar Sports Park in Georgetown. The map of attending breweries becomes ever- more colourful as 10 new breweries have signed on in the past three weeks. Head for the Hills wel- comes Barnstormer Brewing (Barrie), Smithworks Brewing Co. (Peterborough), Abe Erb Brewing (Waterloo), Whitewater Brewing Co. (Forester Falls), Sawdust City Brewing (Gravenhurst), Tra- falgar Ales and Meads (Oakville), Elora Brewing Co. (Elora), Lake of Bays Brewing (Baysville), Nick- el Brook Brewing (Burlington), and Cameron's Brewing Co. (Oakville) to the roster. Also coming: The Collingwood Brewery and Side Launch Brew- ing Co. (both from Collingwood), Grand River Brewing (Cambridge), Great Lakes Brewing (Eto- bicoke), Mill St. and Steamwhistle (both from To- ronto).
