Left to mourn their loss a r e M i n a , c h i l d h o o d sweetheart and loving wife o f 4 8 y e a r s ; c h e r i s h e d daughters: Manda Wright (Graham Wright) and Alaina and son-in-law Chris Hawes; precious grandchildren who loved his sense of humour, Jayden, Caitlyn, Lauren, and Evan Wright; Alexander, Kaileigh and Thomas Hawes; sisters, Theresa, Matilda, Molly and husband Fred Thomas, Joan and Mildred; brothers, Tom and wife Glenda, Dave, Austin and wife Thelma, and Andy; sisters/brothers-in-laws, Maureen and Desmond Keating, Tom and Mary Murphy, Sheilagh and Ron Harvey, Kay and Nick Aylward, Sharon and Carl Hayden, Uriel and Jimmy McCormack; Agnes, Gertie, and Theresa Melvin and Aloysius O'Brien. Greatly missed by his Tim Horton's Buddies who could solve the problems of the world over a cup of coffee, Pat will be forever missed by his 43 nieces, 41 nephews, 59 great-nieces, 53 great-nephews; and special friends, especially Betty and Leo Fitzpatrick, Kathy Hilliard, Beverly Baigent, Steve Doucette, and Francine LeBlanc. Predeceased by his parents, Isabel and Phillip; sisters, Betty, Pauline, Bernadette, Madeline, Annie; brothers, Ronald, George, Vince and Phillip. Sincere thanks to Dr. Yael Zaretsky and the extraordinary, care and kindness by all the doctors and nurses at Credit Valley Hospital, Dr. Robert Bourns his fantastic staff at Halton Hills Family Health. A celebration of Pat's life took place at J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Avenue, Georgetown on Sunday, August 23rd, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9, Funeral Mass was on Monday, August 24th, 2015 at 10:00 am. Reception immediately followed at Holy Cross Church. Donations to Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills would be appreciated. Having left his small communities of LaManche and Tors Cove, Newfoundland as a young man, he often brought his smile and family back to the Island that he loved so much. Jeffrey fought a g o o d f i g h t w i t h c o u r a g e a n d fortitude and it was to his credit that he remained hopeful and cheerful until God called him home, free at last. Jeff was born March 9th, 1970 in Toronto. He was employed by Ford Canada. He was devoted to his family and had a passion for anything to do with sports, especially hockey. He had a wonderful sense of humour and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Left to mourn are his loving wife Kim and cherished children Ashley and Joshua. He was the beloved son of Wilfred and Pat; and brother to Mark (Jill) and Kevin. Loving son-in-law to Allan (the late Beth). He will be greatly missed by his brother-in-law Andrew (Jane) and sister-in-laws Rachel and Lorna (Manfred). He will be forever remembered by his Uncle Gary and Aunt Carol along with his many nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place. Linda struggled courageously with cancer for many years. Her varied interests included animals, people, cooking, cann ing and preserv ing food , knitting, sewing, crafts, causes of all sorts, fishing, adventuring, travel and foraging for edible wild food. Known locally in Stratford as the " W a l n u t L a d y, " L i n d a w a s a cantankerous , pa s s ionate and amazing person and her passing will be felt by many. Survived by her loving husband, J.
