BUSINESS MCDONALD'S HANDS OUT $1,000 SCHOLARSHIPS: Tim O'Connor, owner of the McDonald's franchises in Georgetown and Acton, handed out $,1000 scholar- ships to two of his employ- ees recently. The recipient at the Acton location is Kendra Van der Eyken (top photo). She is attending Conestoga College in Kitchener and is hoping to obtain diplomas in Office Administration and in Paralegal Studies.
