We are so fortunate that they chose our Active Liv- ing Centre for their retreat. They will be back again on Oct. 29 with games and more deli- cious food. We are eagerly looking forward to their positive vibes. This is the last opportunity to remind you of the Fashion Show on Oct. 26, beginning at 1:30 p.m. and being held this time in the Alcott Room at Mold-Masters SportsPlex. There will be fall fashions from the Alia/Tan Jay Store, door prizes, 50/50 draw, and light refreshments served. All this for a $6 ticket. You probably have received your letter by now requesting your financial support for our Centre. This mailing went out to every household and business in Georgetown and was made possible by a grant earmarked for the marketing of our centre. These dona- tions will help the yearly operating of our centre. A new warm look has been added to the Centre with the paint refresh given to the walls of the space we are still using during the construction period. It is nice to see the walls all the same colour. New accessible doors are to be installed the week of Oct.19. The new doors will be in place at the east entrance to the building, the north lobby entrance to the Centre Mall En- trance, and at our main entrance at the rear of the building. Changes are taking place! Thank you for your patience during all this. Have you signed up to share your favourite dish at our Halloween potluck lunch on Oct. 30? The more the merrier. If you are interested there will be a spooky movie following lunch. If you have any questions or suggestions please share with the Office by calling 905- 877-6444. The girls are always eager to help.
