GEORGETOWN COMMUNITY THINKING PINK AT CtK: Students and staff at Christ the King Secondary School got into the giving spirit and generated approximately $6,600 for the Canadian Cancer Society during its recent Pink Day. Activities included selling pink CtK t-shirts and tickets to the Jaguars' football games that af- ternoon, as well as a pep rally and head shavings that included Grade 12 student Christian Buchan, who hadn't had his hair cut since Grade 6 but relented on Pink Day. Buchan raised $625 of the school's $6,600 total that will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society. Submitted photo
