COMMUNITY Cogeco's Halloween Patrol hits streets again this year Cogeco will be continuing its Halloween Pa- trol program for the second consecutive year to help keep children safe when they are out trick or treating this Halloween. Cogeco employees will be out in their branded white vans patrolling the streets on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 5:30-8 p.m. in the areas where children are trick or treat- ing. Parents and children are encouraged to approach one of these Cogeco vans if at any point they think they are in need of as- sistance. Peter Van Hezewyk, Senior Director, Customer Experience, said, "Cogeco Cable Canada is happy to support the communi- ties we serve. We view this patrolling as an opportunity to partner with police, parents and/or caregivers to provide extra eyes on keeping our children safe while they enjoy trick or treating door to door in their neigh- bourhood. "We also hope that we can help ease parents and caregivers' concern for their children's safety when they see our Cogeco branded vans driving through the local streets on Halloween," he added.
