In the Juvenile 1 under-12 yrs. cat- egory, nine-year-old Audrey struck gold with a top of category score of 28.75 points. Twelve-year-old Catherine also earned a gold medal with a combined score of 90.07 in the Pre-Novice 1 (un- der-16) division. A fall on her triple toeloop in the free program chipped almost five points from what had been a clean performance to that point. In Junior 1 (under 19), 14-year- old Helene earned top spot with a season-best score of 118.37 points. Her 'Puttin' of the Ritz' short program performance was an engaging crowd favourite. All three represent the Milton Skating Club and are set to compete at the Skate Canada Central Ontario Sectional Championships in Oakville Nov. 12-15. That is the qualifying event for the Skate Canada Challenge, to be held in Edmonton Dec. 2-6.
