At around 10:45 a.m., a man and woman entered the Mark's store located in the Georgetown Market Place mall and began selecting Le- vi's jeans. Police allege both indi- viduals began concealing the jeans in a backpack the man was carrying. The suspects then left the store without paying for the clothing. The stolen property trig- gered the store's alarm as they left, at which point store staff contacted police. The male suspect is de- scribed as black, in his early 20s, six-foot, 150 pounds with black hair and dark eyes. He wore an olive coloured hoodie under a black vest, grey jeans, black sneakers and carried a dark back- pack. The woman is described as white, in her early 20s, five-foot-two, 160 pounds with red hair. She wore a black T-shirt, white and black patterned yoga pants, brown shoes and a tan coloured baseball cap. She carried a large white bag.
