Corley says he has about five to six doctor's appointments to bring her to each month and travels for each, to SickKids Hospital in Toronto, as well as the Credit Valley Hospital in Mississau- ga. "When she gets sick, we can't go to the George- town Hospital unless it's something minor. We have to go to SickKids," he added. So when Corley got into a collision on June 22 and his previous vehicle was written off, he knew he had to act fast and find a replacement. His father decided to surprise him and take him to Georgetown Toyota where he helped him purchase a used Hyundai Tucson. Toyota told the family they would have to take the vehicle else- where to get it certified. Corley said they paid just over $3,000 for the vehicle and when he took it to get certified, he found out he would have to pay an addition- al $3,000 for repairs. "When I heard that, everything in my body just dropped," Corley said. "I didn't know how I was going to pay for that." But little did he know, he was in for a surprise. Salesperson Nicholas Hastings from Toyota decided to help him out and spoke to a mechanic who agreed to repair the SUV free of charge. "People come in here all the time, you buy as is, you take your chances. That Tucson was in good shape ... but you can't tell what's underneath," Hastings said. "I thought it was the right thing to do for those guys and for his daughter," he added. "I was in a position to help him and I did." When Corley heard the news, he said he ran into Hastings' office to give him a giant hug. "It was pretty amazing for me," Corley said. "I was like 'Man, I was definitely not expecting that.'"
