5| The IFP -H alton H ills | T hursday,July 5,2018 theifp.ca Peel regional police have issued arrest war- rants for three men want- ed for a string of break-ins at commercial properties in Peel and Halton re- gions, including a local man. The suspects commit- ted 12 commercial break- ins from Feb. 28 to June 19, stealing approximately $200,000 in merchandise, including cellphones and cigarettes. They also caused significant damage to these properties. Const. Danny Marttini said eight of the properties are in Brampton, three are in Mississauga and one is in Oakville. Christopher Travassos- Alves, 27, of Halton Hills, along with Brandon Daw- son and William Barrerira of Brampton are wanted for 12 counts of breaking and entering, and commit- ting an indictable offence. Travassos-Alves is also wanted for one count of breach of probation. He is described as hav- ing a number of tattoos. One of them says "Trust No One" with two ace cards on his forearm. There's also one saying "RACA" on his left hand and stars on the side of his left hand. He stands five- foot-six and 122 pounds with a slim build, straight brown hair and brown eyes. The warrants are sub- ject to a 400-kilometre ra- dius. Marttini said the sus- pects are considered "po- tentially violent."
