Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce has recently updated the signs, which were initially installed in the 1970s, though they are both in slightly different locations than their prede- cessors. The eastern sign is lo- cated on Guelph Street on the Norval Hill and the western sign can be found on Main Street North, op- posite Ontario Street. The original service partners featured on the signs participated in the selection of the new de- sign. "Halton Hills is small town living at its finest," said Amy Sykes of the Hal- ton Hills Chamber of Com- merce. "Our service part- ners are at the heart of that." Mayor Rick Bonnette says he is pleased the town was a partner on the sig- nage initiative. "Community organiza- tions are the lifeblood of municipalities and sup- port the high quality of life that we all enjoy," he add- ed.
