Building Improvements at Halton Regional Centre Halton Region is improving the Halton Regional Centre (HRC) to better serve you. Due to renovation work, Regional Council meetings will be relocated to the Auditorium from April to November 2018, and Standing Committee discussions will take place at Council meetings during this time.
