Lebanon Hornets in the championship game of the Buffalo River Outdoor Classic Tournament. Owen Tumber, Ryder Hayes, Liam Leg- gett and Chris Garner-Wowk - who was named the tournament's MVP - also scored for the Thunder in the final. The Thunder went undefeated in four games at the tournament, outscoring their opponents 31-5. Halton Hills opened the tournament with a 10-2 win over Oakville Anderson Se- lect 06, led by Evan Stevenson's two-goal, two-assist performance. Garner-Wowk had a hat trick and Ben- jamin Szyc recorded a shutout in a 6-0 win over Mt. Lebanon. The Thunder then beat the Buffalo Shamrocks A 10-1, to secure their place in the final. Stevenson, who had a team-high nine points in the tournament, had a hat trick. Tumber, the only player to score in each game, led the Thunder with six goals in the tournament. Garner-Wowk and Ste- venson each had five, Cuthbert and Ethan Mota-Dias scored four apiece and Hayes had three goals and three assists. Mac- Lean Wilkinson had two goals and three assists; Leggett and Bruce McIntyre also scored.
