He was born January 26, 1937 in Troy, Ontario, and lived many wonderful years in both Stewarttown and Burlington. Norm was the devoted and loving husband of Thelma (nee Ross) , cherished and adored father of Kim (Randy) and devoted stepfather of Russell, Bryan (Sharon) and Larry (Melod ie ) . He wi l l be fond ly remembered and greatly missed by his many grandchildren, great-grand- children and nieces and nephews. In addition to family and friends, Norm will be missed by the community in which he so generously donated much of his time to. Though he has only recently left this Earth, Norm has been called an Angel for some time. He was deemed the 'Angel of Pa lmer ' fo r h i s ded i ca t ion to collecting for the Children's Wish Foundation and could be found at For t ino ' s se l l ing poppies each November. Norm had an outlook on life to be envious of. He was someone who had a strong understanding of what was important and lived a simple life with those he loved. Never wi thout h i s camera , he had a passion for capturing moments that made him smile, and it could be argued that sharing them with friends and family is where the passion truly was. A celebration of Norm's life will take place Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 1-4 p.m. at The Royal Canadian L e g i o n , 8 2 8 L e g i o n R o a d , Burlington.
