At around 5 p.m., the man entered the store, which is located at 13850 Steeles Ave., W., (Toronto Premium Outlet Mall), and selected a green floral print hoodie along with a green floral print T-shirt. Police say the man tried on the T- shirt and put it back on the hanger, but concealed the hoodie. He is accused of making a purchase and then leaving the store without pay- ing for the concealed item. The man is described as black, in his early 20s, six-foot, with short black hair and a black moustache (possibly a goa- tee). He wore a black winter coat with a fur trimmed hood and a beige scarf.
