Dear partner to Erin and adored by their four children, Mara, Joe, Sam and Angie. Loving son of Ross and Kathryn Wallace and brother to Andrew, Jessica and Sarah. Cherished by his many in-laws, nieces and nephews. James' kind spirit touched the lives of many in Georgetown and around the world. He was an avid volunteer with Georgetown minor hockey, lacrosse and soccer. His occupation allowed him to travel the world. He will be sorrowfully missed by his friends and colleagues in New Zealand, Japan, Chicago, Europe and elsewhere. James was passionate about sports, from cycling to snowboarding. He will be greatly missed by his University of Guelph rugby team and dearest mates. James was known for his social, friendly, kindhearted nature, captivating story-telling and worldly knowledge. There wasn't any subject matter that he couldn't engage in. Those he interacted with never left his presence feeling that he wasn't interested in what they had to say.
