Nancy Bonita Gordon Rémy Windsor TRAJCHEF, Draga January 9, 1931 - August 27, 2016 A generous woman with a great sense of humour. On this, the third anniversary of Draga's passing, we want to acknowledge her lasting memory in our hearts and prayers and to let her know that the garden flowers, birds and butterflies continue to praise her for all the hard work and beauty she left behind. May she rest in peace. WATTS, Robert Brian (Bob) It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Robert Brian Watts (Bob) at Georgetown Hospital on Thursday, August 22nd, 2019. Cherished husband of Elda (Smockum) for 59 years. Proud father of Paul and John and loved by his daughters-in-law Andrea Morwick and Karen Watts (Derby). Devoted Papa / Grandpa to Kiera, Riley, Jack, Kendall, Megan, Emma, and Kaitlyn. Brother to Dale Watts (Marilyn) of Maple, Ontario and Nikki Paczowski (Bob) of Charlottesville, Virgina, USA. Brother-in-law of Norma Smockum of Sutton, Ontario. Uncle to many nephews and nieces in the Watts and Smockum families. Bob was born in Toronto but spent his school years in Uxbridge, Ontario. In 1955 Bob joined Ontario Hydro Research Division as a Geological Technician and retired in 1993. Bob was a gentle man with a love for life, a genuine interest in the lives of others and a unique sense of humour. It is his inquisitive manner and love for conversation that will be remembered and missed by all. Badminton, curling, skiing, driving his "BMAT" to his Tuesday morning coffee group, and hiking adventures were all especially important activities to him. Bob travelled to many places around the world, but best of all, Bob loved his cottage on Clear Lake and welcoming all in his signature red robe. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at The Club at North Halton, 363 Maple Avenue, Georgetown on Thursday, September 5th, 2019 from 2 - 5 pm. A tribute to Bob will begin at 3:30 pm. All are invited to say a few words or share a story. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (CASH), the Georgetown Hospital or the Sunnybrook Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to Dr. Farrogos, Dr. Emmenegger, the staff at the above hospitals, CASHH, LHIN and the many support workers that allowed Bob to remain comfortably at home for so long.
