James, passed peacefully on the evening of Friday, August 30th, 2019. He was born in Glasgow, Scotland on February 18th, 1930 and immigrated to Canada in 1966 along with his wife and three daughters. For many years he worked diligently in the aviation industry until his retirement in 2004. James was a model Canadian citizen but he was first and foremost a proud Scotsman and loved all things Scottish. Scottish shortbread, Scottish soccer teams and over the top Scottish breakfasts for family every Sunday morning. He was blessed with an abundance of friends and acquaintances and was affectionately known as "Wee Jimmy" to all. He was the loving husband of Margaret nee Sly (deceased December 2011) and will be missed by daughters Anne, Jean and Julia; grandchildren Pamela, Michael and Jared and great-grand- children Karter and Nixon. For those that loved "Wee Jimmy" we will be holding a Celebration of Life to have a final toast to James at The Copper Kettle in Glen Williams on Saturday, September 21st between 2 and 4 p.m. classifieds DAVIDSON, Rob Passed away peacefully, after a hard fought battle with cancer, at Hospice Wellington on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019 surrounded by his family.
