A L L IANC E CHURCH Living HopeLiving Hope Terra Cotta's outdoor art, fine craft and gourmet food festival will return to Terra Cotta September 21 and 22 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The festival welcomes visiting artisans for a weekend filled with delicious food and samples, live music, complimentary henna and face painting, an antique car display and lots of great handmade prod- ucts for purchase. Hosted by the Terra Cotta Country Store, owners Judy Vella and Bob McClos- key, say the festival, now in its seventh year, continues to attract crowds who ap- preciate the high calibre of artistic offer- ings. Once a year the couple transforms their property into a showcase where you can find paintings, hand blown glass, photog- raphy, hand crafted wooden works, natu- ral beauty products, olive oils, chutneys, rubs, hot sauces, salad dressings, honey, pottery, ceramics, quilting, knitting, dips, textile art, chocolate, jams, jellies, jewelry, candles, and more. Musicians performing this year include Matthew and Andrew Oliveira from the group Highway 50, Rob Mitchell, Cord Pro- gressions and Erin's Marlore. McCloskey and Vella are also excited to be welcoming the charity Choose 2 be Resilient. The organization honours the memo- ries of Zach Sutherland and Kaya Firth. Through fundraising initiatives and the sale of pewter jewelry bearing the Celtic symbol of resilience, the families support youth who have experienced grief through scholarships. Buzzfest promises to bee a hive of activ- ity! Admission is $5 for adults, children 12 and under are free. Visit www.terracottacountrystore.ca for a full list of participating artisans.
