Beloved partner of John Sonke, Christine was a loving mother to Tanya (Simon), Trevor (Laura), and Maddison; a proud grandmother of Jaxon, Adalynn, Austin, and Ryder; a cherished daughter of Daniel; a loving sister to Darrell (Vicky), Ruth Ann (Ray), and Derek (Mandi); and a caring aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Christine was predeceased by her older brother, Donald, and more recently by her dear mother, Alice. A loving, caring spirit who touched the hearts of many as she moved through life, Christine will be greatly missed by all fortunate enough to have befriended her. Marion, "the wee one", was born in Toronto and spent her life serving in The Salvation Army across Canada and in Mexico and Central America. Predeceased by Cal, her dear husband of 61 years. Marion was an encourager, giving, sacrificing, an example of a strong, Christian, female leader.
