The newest member of the Moniz family was born at 7 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 2), making him the first baby of 2020 born at the George- town hospital. Three years ago, Megan and Nick Moniz's first child, their daughter Harper, was also in the running for the title of New Year's baby, but ar- rived a bit too early on Dec. 28. Miles was also a little early. He wasn't due until Jan. 13, but couldn't wait to join the family. That left his parents scrambling to iron out one last detail. "He didn't have a name until he came out," Megan said. "We considered a lot of names, but that was the only one we could agree on," Nick added. Megan said three-year- old Harper is excited about having a brother. NEWS MONIZ FAMILY WELCOMES GEORGETOWN'S FIRST BABY OF 2020 Megan and Nick Moniz welcomed the newest member of the family Thursday.
