We need to lift each other up, celebrate friendships, and honour those women who contribute to our communities. "We need to be passionate about what we do, whether it is career related, family related, or any other life path we choose," she says. "We also need to give back and help women who are facing tough times. "Growing up, Jane was influenced greatly by her mother: a musician who worked in a "man's world," yet found success and was taken seriously for her incredible talent. Her success inspired Jane to reachnewheights throughpassion and love: raising a family, going back to university later in life, and opening her own jewelry design business, Links by Jane. She has recently become the new editor of Show Guides Unlimited, a comprehensive guide book for vendors that includes the best craft shows and vendor events in Ontario. Jane has also found success in her four daughters, instilling her beliefs of strength, toler-ance and kindness in them. "My greatest achievement is raising, supporting and having a strong belief in my four daughters," she says. "They are all successful, thoughtful, loving young women who have faced adversity, but came through with flying colours."On March 8, Jane encourages everyone to spend the day honouring and celebrating women worldwide who have faced adversity, had successes and achievements big or small, regardless of their skin colour, religious beliefs, or sex-ual orientation. info@linksbyjane.ca Jane Myhal, owner/founder MountainviewMortgage Caro lyn Ca l le ro , mortgage broker Carolyn Callero says InternationalWomen's Day is a celebration of being recognized as a female and a human being.
