The Georgetown and Oakville hospital foundations are now running separate monthly 50/50 lotteries to raise funds for essential hospital equipment. The Georgetown lottery started in No- vember with a guaranteed prize of $5,000 that will increase once gross sales hit $10,000. November's winner took home $6,805, while December's won $6,705. Meanwhile, the Oakville lottery kicked off this month and is offering a guaranteed prize of $7,500. For pricing details and to purchase tick- ets, visit georgetown5050.com and oak- ville5050.com.
