To ensure the health and safety of the community and Legion members, we need to do the right thing. On Sunday 7th of November 2021 at 11:00am, there will be a Remembrance Ceremony at the Georgetown Cenotaph. Also on Sunday 7th November at 2:00pm, there will be a Remembrance Ceremony at the Glen Williams Cenotaph. On Thursday 11th November (Remembrance Day) there will be a second Remembrance Ceremony at the Georgetown Cenotaph starting at 11:00am. We have always encouraged community members to attend and support Remembrance. Unfortunately, this year is again different due to COVID-19. If you feel that it is the right thing to do and are comfortable attending one of these Ceremonies, you are very welcome , you are required to social distance (6 feet) and wear a mask throughout the Remembrance Ceremony. Hopefully, we can all get back to our normal lives in 2022 and thank you for your patience and understanding. Our Poppy Campaign starts Oct 29th 21 with Poppy boxes distributed throughout our great community, wear a Poppy with pride and if you see or know a Veteran thank them for their service. We are fortunate to live in great and free country thanks to their sacrifice. theifp.ca Val ovalif! “222 & sy THE INDEPENDENT <a READERS’ CHOICE 2021 DIAMOND WINNER “ snedetintets ie CORISION COAL e Insurance Claims ¢ PPG Paint SNoEtag ~—-¢ Unibody Repair * Towing e I-Car Training e Rental Cars Complete Collision & Refinishing To ALL Makes)&eModels Call 905 877-5720 _ Benefit from our experience Hwy #7, Norval - 490 Guelph St. * Guaranteed Workmanship
