The attorney presenting Nancy Guzzo — who did not make an ap- pearance in court — told the court that a resolution meeting has been sched- uled for Nov. 29. The matter will return to court on Dec. 21. Guzzo was charged by Hamilton police on Jan. 21, 2021, with 10 counts offraud der $5,000 two counts of fraud over $5,000, related to her employment with the Laborers' Interna- tional Union of North America (LIUNA), specifi- cally in her position as as- sistant business manager for LIUNA Local 3000. she was assistant busi- ness manager for LIUNA Local 3000 between March 2018 and April 2019 and pri- or to that, business manag- er and secretary-treasurer for Local 1110, according to LinkedIn.
