The incident occurred at around 1:30 p.m. on Sun- day (Dec. 5) when police re- sponded to a report of a small black bear located in a wooded area south of the intersection of Regional Road 25 and Number 32 Side Road north of Halton Hills (Acton). The black bear was not acting in an aggressive manner, police said, and was last seen wandering into the bush south of Da- vidson Drive.
