Look at Wastewise for costume ideas With Halloween just around the comer, a Wastewise volunteer has come up with an innovative suggestion for people who want to use their imaginations to create costumes for themselves or their children. Georgetown resident Dee Rockley said the mounds of used clothing at the Armstrong Avenue waste reduction and recycling centre offer ities for those looking for unique Halloween costumes.
