For our hardworking cafeteria staff, under the watchful eye of manager Louise Melton, it means preparing over 500 full-course turkey dinner for staff and students. Profits from our cafeteria go to sup- port the many co-curricular teams and clubs. Last year we raised $25,000 for this purpose.
