Mr. Butcher opened the store in 1959 servicing the commu- nities of Hillsburgh and Erin. With quality products at good prices in a family atmosphere, a strong customer base was formed from surrounding areas of Orangeville, and Halton Hills. Having drawn customers from as as Sault Ste. Marie, Collingwood and Kingston, a tradi- tion of strong customer service was formed.
