Steve was a chef for CP Hotels and Resorts prior to the purchase of the Ravine Dining Lounge and was asked why change to a pub format. He advised he did not want to spend all his time in the kitchen but wanted the opportunity to mingle with his customers; giving them a Place to enjoy not just for the food but for the casual atmosphere and friendships made. Being a pub they offer the usual darts and pool but in anon competi- tive nature. Games are played designed to. allow players of all lev- els to compete evenly so everyone is welcome.
