Doug Rock, of Georgetown, and Christopher D. Sallay of Glen Williams, worked with two Milton men, Timothy Kunica and Kenneth Bass, in preparing a device which enabled a helicopter with a broken., _ Strut and a missing pontoon to:land. \, 18 “It (the stand) was made of a steel mesh-like material,” explained Rock, “so it wasn’t very sturdy.
