The meet featured about 35 dif- ferent teams and as usual GDHS had some great finishes including the Open Girls 4x800 Relay where Alexis Kerr, Jody Johnson, Kristy Johnson and Erica Booth pre- vailed. They struck again in the Open Girls 3600 meter medley to finish third. Kristy Johnson and Alexis Kerr also teamed up with Becki Couling and Karen Walker to finish second in the Senior Girls 1600 meter medley. In the midget boys 1600 meter race-another second place fipist’ was acheived by Pete Rebel runners strong Kristy Johnson Mashinter, Ryan Taylor, Darrin Finlayson and Rick Vivian. at Relays The Open Boys 3200 meter race with Kevin McMurray, Mike Olsen, Bruce Ryan and Mike Delouch placed fourth as did the Senior Co-Ed 800 meter relay team with Becki Couling, Matt Deruchie, Alison Jones and Randy Bond. Ryan Taylor, Pete Mashinter, Darrin Rawling and Dave Welbum placed fifth in the midget boys 1600 meter relay as did the junior girls 1600 meter team of Erica Booth, Jody Johnson, Deanna Pippy and Andrea LeBannister. The midget girls 1600 meter team with Jill McMenemy, Roanne Jones, Ellen Matthews and Esther Copland finished sixth. The open girls 1600 meter relay team, which featured the very busy Kristy Johnson, Jody Johnson, Alexis Kerr and Andrea LeBannister also finished sixth.
