Halton Hills This Week, ‘Saturday, April 24, 1993 — Entertainment Page 25 Dancing for Cystic Fibrosis at Norval's Hollywood Tavern The Hollywood. Tavern in Norval and Dave Hinton of CD Central Music Services, along with Loretto Inn and 820 CHAM Radio are jointly hosting a Dance-a-thon today (Saturday) from 1 - 5 p.m. to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis. Loretto is an old timer at this, while the Hollywood Tavern is new to Country Dancing and fund- raising. Country line dancing started at the Hollywood Tavern in January, this year, with instructor Judy MacLeod, on Tuesday nights. It’s been so popular that Wednesday nights were soon added, followed by Sunday afternoons so the whole family could take part. Judy found her students so enthusiastic about dancing that she approached the Loretto Inn with a challenge on behalf of the Hollywood Tavern’s students to see who could raise the most money for Cystic Fibrosis. The Loretto dancers seem to think it will be a “walk in the park”. Judy informed them that this time they’re “gonna get mugged’ Those at the Hollywood Tavern look at it all as an excuse to get. out and kick up their heels and raise some money for a good cause while having fun. It can’t get any better than that, can it? Everybody is invited to come out and cheer the locals on and help support a worthy cause, Come out and give Country. Dancing a try or make.a pledge to Cystic Fibrosis. It promises to be a fun afternoon with the. dancing starting at 1 p.m. and INSTANT RESERVATIONS CANADA 2000 Return Airfares from: Vancouver $329.- Calgary $319.- Edmonton $319.- Winnipeg $259.- Halifax $239.- St. Johns $269.- Add Airport Tax & GST to above prices.
