Since October 1992, when jobsOntario * Training became fully functional at the Region of Halton, 333 people have been placed into new full time positions. These jobs vary in scope from general laborer, to office administration posi- tions, computer program- mers, mechanics, machinists, accountants, sales representa- tives, plant supervisors, tech- nicians, engineers, etc. The salary range of these new jobs has varied from those paying minimum wage through to positions paying $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
