Megan Sproule scored the two goals for the Fireballs and Niki Harrison provided the other single. Sarah Yantho also played well. Noteworthy play- ers for the Red Rocket team were Jaime Velten, Jessica and Laura Kogon. The Leighton Image Green Machine and Georgetown Lioness Blueberries battled to a 1-1 tie. Jessica Markou scored the goal for the Green Machine with solid support from Adrienne Thompson, Laura Thompson and Erica Wilson. Leah Emmerton showed great effort throughout the game for the Blueberries and scored the single goal. Corrie Brown made some excellent defensive plays and Carter provided impres- sive offensive effort for the Blueberries.
